Shelter Type 1 L-Series Stove Boards do not provide thermal protection and may not be used as a wall shield.

Shelter Type 1 L-Series Stove Boards provide ember and scratch protection for floors from the intense heat, hot coals, ashes, and soot that wood burning appliances produce. These non-UL stove boards can also be used under additional heating appliances such as kerosene, gas, and electric heaters.
