Our HY-GUARD EXCLUSION® brand provides safe, secure, and durable products to Improve Your Life and the Life of Your Home™. Designed and manufactured as long-lasting Home Solutions Built Better™, our warranty applies to products installed properly and used in accordance with the intended use. We reserve the right to refuse warranty coverage based upon field modifications, improper installation, and/or improper use. Our warranty applies to the original purchaser of product and is non-transferable. All warranty claims must include a copy of the original invoice showing the date purchased, seller name, and model number. Warranty coverage commences on the date of purchase. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement cost of the product purchased and does not cover any costs of shipping, labor, or consequential damages related to the performance of the product.
